SunDirect DTH — Transaction error/refund | |||
I did my sundirect recharge through their app and did my payment through paytm.The amount has been deducted from my account, but they say recharge has failed and not one of their customers care number/email is answered. Please repay my money. And i also tried to login to the sundirect app but i have forgotten the password and i dont use the registered mobile number anymore, resetting password is impossible without the registered number, and it is impossible to change the number without knowing the password .Worst customer service I will post the details of the transaction in the picture below.
