Sub:- Worst service of sundirect sundirect customer id [protected] 52, Shivshakti society, opp Vetican park Soc Vinzol vatva road Ahmedabad 382445 Gujarat I am very much thankful to you for introducing the worst company sundirect to indian market, And making fool to the customers. I was already using tata sky dish, and i was satisfied with there service, But actually what happened one day while i was sitting on a bus stop, i saw your advertisement, that sundirect is one of the cheapest with good services and will give 6 months free channels etc. etc. to our new valued customers. i was brainwashed by your advertisement.and i replaced my tata sky and purchased sundirect, on 31st december 2016 i called phone no;-[protected] talked to your customer care executive and i registered a complaint. Complain no SR # CW[protected], and your executive pleased me by giving wonderful answers and promised to solve the problem in 48 hrs. for that complaint i got an sms on Dt.[protected] at 10:44 PM on my registered mobile no [protected] that your sundirect complaint SR # CW[protected] is resolved as info given service helpline. [protected]. i was shocked. on 7th January 2017 once again i registered a complaint, and your executives told we are sorry, we can understand your problem just give us 48 hours we will definitely solve the problem, every day i used to call to your customer care executives and beg them to solve my problem. then i called to [protected] and from there they gave me a new no and told me to call on [protected] its your gujarat customer care no.Since last 3 days i continuously called to guj customer care to solve my problem, and they fool me and give the same answer we will solve the problem tomorrow, And the very interesting thing is tomorrow never comes I have called more than 10 times to your customer care and i have each and every recording details of the calls, I request you to take a quick action on this matter and resolve my problem as early as possible. or else i have to take any action which will be not good for your company Thanks & Regards Mr. Bijoy (Manager Sales) Mo: +91-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
