Respected sir,

My name is NAGA MURALI I’ve been using Sun
direct me for the last 10 years my smart card no
[protected]. I have been struggling with error
(E32-4 Channels change frequently..)since the last
week. I Complained to the customer center. they
received my complaint and sent a technician.

He checked the problem and said that the setup
box auto signal tuning was missing. Unfortunately
restore default setting pins
(0000, 7391, 3749, 1163, 0971) not accepting. Me be
pin was changed. I for get the new pin. Finally
the technician says your setup box not work .if
you want a TV take New setup box.

If interested give 1000 rs I’ll bring you a new
set box. My complaint(SR[protected] WAS Closed
reason is Customer Not Ready to pay.

IS it Correct ??.. Can’t do a little pin code
change on such a large network..? What’s working
in service centers?

Today Morning Customer care executive’s advice
talk to your area distributor we cannot Help.

Even distributor also same advice take new box..

Now what should I do .. I am not ready to pay a
thousand rupees. Small Problem even on customer
Network I don’t need It

Since morning I am trying to call customer service of sun direct but they are not responding, I have recharged pack using my sun direct app but still pack is not activated
Sun direct. Represent deducted more money, and not ready to reversal the extra deducted money, for one Chanel in two different ways they deducted, and they are cheating the consumers, wile activation, and I have recorded evidences, wile taking with executive, they are disconnected the call several times
