Sundirect — Sun direct dth signal

My smart card no.[protected]. I am residing at qrs no. 210/a, verna railway colony, verna, goa-403722. For more than 3 weaks my dth service is disturbed due to the set top box display blinking, and not getting the picture. Already contacted two times on the customer care service. They told me that compliant entered and service engineer will come within 24 hrs. But till date no one had come. Kindly rectify the fault or terminate my connection. My phone no-[protected].
