Hi, While recharging my account( [protected])thru online(Paytm dth), there was typo error, hence that recharge went to wrong account below are the details of transaction. Recharge # [protected] Order ID: [protected][protected] Recharge Amount: Rs 294 Recharge Date:[protected]:02:12 Operator Transaction ID:[protected] When i ask customer care to refund this amount to my account, they have denied saying, they don't have process take complaint (paytm#1-[protected])on online recharges. there should be some process to refund this amount right, pls help me out.
