[Resolved]  Sundirect — wrong recharge

Hi, While recharging my account( [protected])thru online(freecharge.in), there was typo error, hence that recharge went to wrong account below are the details of transaction. Recharge # [protected] Order ID: FCDW[protected] Recharge Amount: Rs 155 Recharge Date:[protected]:48:23 Operator Transaction ID: 33167309 When i ask customer care to refund this amount to my account, they have denied saying, they don't have process take complaint (SR#1-[protected])on online recharges. there should be some process to refund this amount right, pls help me out.
