Sub: refund of the Deposit Money in Supertech
Dear Sir,
I have bought one loan in dec 2017 in favour of supertech ltd for 1.17 cr & 0.03 cr insurance totaling to 1.2 Cr. Apart from this initial deposits were there for allocating cc2 102 apartments in Supertech Captown.
To my surprise the flat was sold to some one else in 2021 and also my money has not been refunded to me so far.
The cost of funds is as below: This is approx figures/heads, final we may arrive basis discussion
1) Initial loan of 1.2 cr in 2017
2) Deposit pre-loans prior to allotments
3) Interest till 2023 (will reach 7 years till it gets settled) market rates 10% = 65% approx
4) Loss of Credit ratings CIBIL scores in 2 years
5) Loss of Rental income
6) Mental agony and loss of time energy to followup and chase the case.
Request you to settle the amount else place me with the property totaling the above amount to the tune of 2.25-2.5 cr by considering the discount etc prevailing.
I am contacting many people and wasting time since many months, request you to close the discussions by feb end or march w1.
Failing which I need to file the case of non compliance and loss of property/money without any rightful motive causing me losses and truma.
