Supertech Limited — Refund of Expression Of Interest for Cancelled Unit

I had paid an Expression of Interest amount of Rs. 168200 towards Supertech Limited in May 2015 for their Supetech Azalia Project in Sector 68, Gurgaon.

However, I do not wish to proceed further with the booking due to some unseen circumstances in my job and called their customer service for cancellation o[censored]nit and refund of EOI (Expression Of Interest Amount).
First of all, they do not have a proper customer service desk which can immediately register your concern and provide you with a ticket number. Anyways, I was given an email ID - [protected]@supertechlimited.com to mark a mail to with my concern. I marked a mail initially on 28 July and was replied by Mr, Amit Solanki (amit.[protected]@supertechlimited.com) on 5th August persuading me not to cancel the unit (no phone, no attempt made to understand my concern). I replied to the mail very clearly stating that I cannot proceed with my booking and to process refund ASAP.; NO REPLY RECEIVED this time. I once again marked a fresh new mail, on 19th August, 2015 as suggested by mediator/ consultant Mr. Kavish from Aayush Regency, but no response has been received till date.

Unit Size : 1200 sq ft

I wish to cancel this EOI and request for a refund of paid amount of Rs 1, 68, 200. Supertech Team is not responding to my calls / mails.I have called several times on Amit Solanki's number ([protected]) ; but all my calls are unanswered.

I can go to any extent to get my money refunded. These builders take no time in taking cheque / payment and harrass customers to address complaints and process refund.

Consumer Form is requested to intervene and get my money back ASAP.
