Dont know i download thier app from the play Store

Dear sir,

I received the damage bag i told them many times but still no response from them also they are not raising my complaint and one more thing if complaint is not raised by their associates then you are not applicable to call them, ivr says that complaint is not raised hence we can not connect with our customers care executive, delivery service are great but for the few things they will drown their company. I will so happy if they see this and provide me the new bag.
