Supr Daily — Deduction Of Refunded Money And Continuously Canceling My Order

Hello, My Name Is Tanushri, I Am Leaving In Pune Since The Lockdown I Am Using Super Daily It Was Too Good At First, Then It Started Taking Money For Delivery That Was Not The Problem I Started Getting The Super Access To Avoid Delivery Charges. I Usually Placed The Order With A Great No. Of Items, I Have My Milk Subscription Since The Last Yr. From 8th To 9th March, I Placed Huge Order And On 10th March, I Received An Incomplete Order Which Was Showing Complete Order Delivered Then After Raising The Issue The App Gave Me A Refund For Oranges But For Black Grape I Have To Chat Daily On The Support Chat And Finally On 18th March I Got My Refund And Guess What On The Next Day It Got Expired In A Very Weird Manner Like 5 Rup Then 4 Rup Then 10 Rup Without Giving Any Notification I Mean How Cheap I Again Start Chatting With The Support Person And Every Other Day I Had To Explain Same Problem To New One, I Literally Gave Up They Keep Saying Me That The Money Was Supposed To Deduct On Its Day Of Expiry But I Kept Telling Them That I Didn't Get Any Notification Or Reminder Which I Used To Get. One Of Them Told Me That It Was Because Of Some Technical Issue I Literally Gave Up And Stop Ordering From The Site In Large Quantity. And Now As I Have Tested Positive I Had To Order A Few Things Which Were Continuously Getting Canceled On The Day Before Of Delivery. For The First Time, I Thought Due To This Lockdown It Might Not Be Available But When I Checked On An App That Item Was Available Ok And Today It Was For Almost 5th Time My Order Got Canceled And I Checked On An App That The Item Is Available... I Seriously Don't Know If They Have Any Grudge On Me Or What...I Know Silly But I Am Just Waiting To Get Tested Negative And To End My Milk Subscription I Am So Deleting This App. It Sucks And Frustrating.
