My first experience with the Supr Daily app that supplies door step groceries, vegetables milk etc turned out to be a nightmare. I chose items worth Rs.1472, with a delivery fee of Rs.20 amounting to Rs.1492/- on 19th June with a delivery on 21st June. normally its the next day delivery but this being my first order, they want a day in between to verify the location, whereas a neighbor close by already a customer. I have been waiting on 21st but due to total lock down the items were not delivered. Understood - fair enough. However they informed that the items will be delivered on 22nd and 23rd partially. But on 21st night they declined my order to be delivered on 22nd and this happened on 22nd night also. While placing orders they are prompt that payment should be made to their wallet immediately. whereas while cancelling they do it on their own sweet time.
Having frustrated during this lock down, waiting for my groceries and vegetables, i wanted to continue with my order with the amount refunded to my wallet. However, no one know the reason, they have blocked and prevented me from making any orders with a notification that as per government instructions until 27th they will not accept any orders. I first thought its for everyone but my neighbors could very well place orders and for the orders they placed they get deliveries also on the said date.
When I approached Supr Daily, no one was responsive as they do not have an answer as to why I am not able to make the order using my money in their wallet, instead they kept pacifying me to try only after 27th!!!
Why should I wait for groceries and vegetables until 27th?? having paid the money they just took me for a ride. When we already suffer due to Pandemic, people are suffering without money and this Supr Daily is using public money and making business out of it.
i asked them to refund the money immediately to my source bank, but they dodged and took time. They now informs that they will refund only after 7 to 9 day working days. Why should I wait for 7 to 9 days to get my money back from such an unprofessional service provider?
Contrary when my neighbor can place order and get it delivered, why am not being allowed?? I even paid the money 100% in advance including delivery fee. They have no answer for that.
Now i am undergoing a lot of turmoil due to this unethical behavior of this Supr Daily.
I need my money back immediately and if not they must pay me an interest for the delayed days and also they must compensate me for the depression that I undergo due to non availability of groceries and vegetables.
If they are not able to deliver to anyone then it is acceptable, but not sure how can they accept an order from my neighbor and block me without any reason and having taken 100% money in advance.
I need my money back with interest for the delayed days and suitable compensation from this unethical unprofessional Supr daily Grocery app as I do not wish to continue with them anymore.
