Supr Daily — management having negative attitude and rude behaviour

My name is chandrashekar s from begumpet, hyderabad. The customer care reps as well as the senior managers seem to be having negative attitude and rudely talk to customers like me even though i have paid the entire amount for 1 month in advance.
When i called the customer care rep. (At least i had to call 3-4) times as the milk was not delivered today 23-sep-2019, i was told by the first rep. That it would be delivered within 30 mins and as it was not delivered even after almost 1 hour, when i called the female rep., she disconnected intentionally the call when i told her that the milk was not delivered even after 1 hour after i raised a complaint with the previous rep.
The 3rd time when i was talking with one of the sr. Manager he was not only rude but talking in such a manner as if he had paid or rather giving away the milk free of cost as he said that we can have a professional conversation. I don't really understand the kind of words/ language the senior manager was using. He feels that all the customers either work for supr or under him and that he can dictate terms and can talk with them rudely.
It is more like a practice that supr intentionally seem to not deliver milk for few customers, that is those who raise any complaints against them, as few of my friends have the same problem as well.
I wish that if they want to run the company properly they should not have such reps. And senior managers (Like the ones who had negative attitude) working with the organization or else i would rather say that this is some kind of harassment and ill-treatment that this company is indulging into.
