Money locked no refund and no product delivery. Rs.1, 000/- was loaded in account trusting that products will be delivered. But unfortunately last 3 days there was no delivery. Hence we requested to refund the amount. But the customer service was firm that no refund is possible. This is very difficult in this pandemic situation. Was this information helpful? |
