Supr Daily — product not getting delivered and still charging money | |||||
I am putting orders for milk daily on this app and the milk packets were not delivered even on a single day (Since 5th feb 2020). Customer support is useless and give false assurances daily. Every morning i talk to the support person - they say the same thing.. That the packet will be delivered in 30 mins and after waiting for more than hours.. They say they couldn't deliver and hence waiving off the charges. They also ask me to submit the complaint before 8 am, without solving the problem. Money is deducted from the wallet daily. I am asking them to refund my entire money to my bank account which they are denying to do. Was this information helpful? | |||||
