Hello i have ordered an 10 pieces embroidery plazzo catalogue and paid 1000rs in advance as per there cash on delivery policy in the account details provided by them and also have malied them as well as called on the number provided but haven't received any response from them neither got any reciept of advance payment. It has been 3 days and i haven't still received any feedback from them. Was this information helpful? |

Actually the reason is that complete textile markets of Surat were closed due to strike against GST. Due to which we were not able to ship your order. As soon as the markets opened, we did ship your order and was even delivered to you by Urgent priority.
