I have ordered Nokia 1100 Phone. Handset was delivered on 13th February 2016. Within 2 weeks now Phone is not charging. Have done all basic checks but not working.

      I try to place a order for power bank.The product cost as follows:-

      Your Order
      Cart Sub Total Rs. 299
      Shipping Charges Rs. 0
      Total Rs. 299

      But sorry to say that Cash On Delivery charges as follows:-

      Cash on Delivery


      Pay cash to the courier person when he delivers the product.
      Extra charges for Cash On Delivery is Rs. 100.0

      You need to pay Rs. 399

      It"s too much . whereas product cost for Rs 299/- How it will be cash on delivery charges for Rs.100/-? But why? others on-line shooing not charged as like you. Online payment/debit or credit card payment, cash payment all are same . So I asking you please clarify?

            I have ordered a power bank vide order no. QGXQ594642. when I received the packed, the courier person said not to open the packed. after that when i opened packed the burning smell was coming from the power bank. I tried to contact the mobile number on their website but that does not exists.I want surplus bazaar to return back my money and collect the defective item at the earliest.

                I ordered the Nokia 1100 mobile and its costing is 799rs. I have received the product through delivery courier and I found it was not working condition. So I try to contact number which is given that website surplusbazaar.in but it was switch off. So I mailed 3 times on [protected]@surplusbazaar.in but I can't received reply. I think it was fraud party.

                                        I purchased Nokia 1100 Mobile Phone, SKU Code XJ4CD809FD2 with Order ID: MQGV556371 on 29 January, 2016 . It is not working as SIM NOT VALID says once I inserted the SIM in to phone and I tried 4 other network SIMS and result is the same since it's defective item. I called many times to your customer care number : [protected], your number is not in service. I request you to kindly do the needful. Please replace with good mobile or refund my money Rs. 699. If you do not do the needful at the earliest, I will lodge a complaint at consumer court as you are selling fraud items to all customer..
