I buy Nokia 1100 Mobile online from www.surplusbazaar.in
The Product is Dead since I Opened the Box... And there is no active customer care number available on there site. They are doing Fraud with Customers. If there is nothing contact details on there site, how can i return my product and get refund.


Kindly Pls Help Me... I Don't know What to Do.

I purchased Nokia 1100 Mobile Phone, SKU Code XJ4CD809FD2 with Order ID: OBYN573250 on 10/02/2016. It is not working as SIM NOT VALID says once I inserted the SIM in to phone and I tried 4 other network SIMS and result is the same since it's defective item. I called many times to your customer care number : [protected], your number is not in service. I request you to kindly do the needful. Please replace with good mobile or refund my money Rs. 699. If you do not do the needful at the earliest, I will lodge a complaint at consumer court as you are selling fraud items to all customer.

Dear Sir, This Amol Sutar I purchased MI power banks online with name of arunesh my friend & payment method is Cash on delivery from Surplus bazar.com. I got power banks i did the payment Rs 698. When i checked that its faulty. then i tried to call many times on Surplus customer care no but its getting Switched of all time. Then had send mail to customer care mail id but no reply from that side. As per there mentioned refund policy i returned that products on they mentioned Address by DTDC courier on 24/11/2015 & received it in office at 30/11/2015. then again i write mail to to that mail id again with Courier receipt & Delivery status( attached images ) but till i didn't get any check any mail from surplus bazar team.
