I buy Nokia 1100 Mobile online from www.surplusbazaar.in
The Product is Dead since I Opened the Box... And there is no active customer care number available on there site. They are doing Fraud with Customers. If there is nothing contact details on there site, how can i return my product and get refund.

I purchased Nokia 1100 Mobile Phone, SKU Code XJ4CD809FD2 with Order ID: OBYN573250 on 10/02/2016. It is not working as SIM NOT VALID says once I inserted the SIM in to phone and I tried 4 other network SIMS and result is the same since it's defective item. I called many times to your customer care number : [protected], your number is not in service. I request you to kindly do the needful. Please replace with good mobile or refund my money...
