Suzuki Access 125 Scooter — I am Complaining about Suzuki Access 125 Scooter Not starting up

Dear Suzuki Motors,

I am Hemant Kumar Mulchandani here by addressing the issue regarding my Bike Suzuki access 125 which i have purchased on December 31 2020. The bike is not starting and as per the engineers at the service center fuel pump is needed to be changed.

I have purchased Access 125 DISC BT ALLOY WHEEL from DWARAKA SUZUKI(A UNIT OF G.D MOTORS PVT LTD) showroom. From the day purchased there is some or the other issues continuously happening.
Firstly the showroom from which we purchased the bike DWARAKA SUZUKI(A UNIT OF G.D MOTORS PVT LTD) lost our cheque of payment and told us to pay through other mode of payment. We respected them and made the payment from google pay. At that time only we can had a FIR against the DWARAKA SUZUKI but we haven't done. After that they had provided number plate after 3 months. In end of march i got my number plate fixed.
Then, now in month of June bike got stop in the middle of the road and did not started again. Self start and the kick start were not working so I had given my bike (Access 125 DISC BT) at PACHOLI SUZUKI (Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd) for repairing on 9th June 2021 . As per the engineer at PANCHOLI SUZUKI (Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd) told me that their is problem in fuel pump and it need to be changed. Since then the bike is standing their only. Its going to be a month and issue is not yet resolved.
I had purchased this bike for my daily commute to office but I hardly driven this bike. Everyday I call service center PANCHOLI SUZUKI (Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd) to know the status, they simply say tomorrow you will get your bike. It is mentally and physically harassing me as I had to go to my office in public transport in this Covid situation. I had put all my hard earned money to purchase this bike and all that went waste. I don't know when they will resolve this issue. But i am sure i am not going to receive that bike again. I am too worried about this.

So I hereby requesting for your help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Otherwise i have to go to consumer court. I will complain about this issue.
