Suzuki Motorcycle — recurrent problems with newly bought suzuki access 125 | |||
Since the day i have bought new access 125, problems are not stopping. a week after, the battery start stopped working and after a day vehicle stopped working even with kick start. Now the battery has again stopped working. Sometimes it will work and most of the times it wont. After trying to kick start for about 15 kicks the vehicles starts. After my last service (3rd service) the speed indicator and digital kilometer has stopped working. The decision to buy suzuki access 125 was an utter foolish decision. I regret buying and will further not allow any of my relative to buy one. This is totally unacceptable and unethical behavior by suzuki. I request you to look into the matter and kindly provide some long term solution. Please replace my vehicle. Also note that the outlet from where we bought the vehicle was not able to deliver the vehicle on time and made me wait for consequently two days of waiting 3 hrs each day at their outlet and delivered other vehicle on the third day. i have attached invoice and insurance copy herewith.
