Swiggy — accepting orders and denying them later
Swiggy has done this multiple of times and i am tired of this. That they accept orders without confirming from the restaurants and after the ammount is being paid that they come with # like the restaurant is closed or the items not available. I will make sure that swiggy gets a bad name for their pathetic services.
It happened so that i had ordered food through swiggy from a restaurant and it was prepaid after 45 minutes they confirm that the item is not available. But it was still reflecting in the menu. I kept ordering the same item for two consecutively and same thing just repeated everytime. The menu was still reflecting the item and was never updated.
Today also on ordering an item and after confirmation swiggy denied services saying the restaurant is closed and it was a heavily priced pre paid menu. The way they work is highly questionable to me now compared to thier competitors like zomato where i have never experienced such a hassle.
It is very disappointing to know that your food cannot be delivered after such a long waiting time.
