Swiggy — affecting my lifestyle

Swiggy is the worst service anyone can imagine, it lacks compassion and empathy for its customer and has poorly trained its employes to deal with situations where their service fails which happens alot. The compensation for affecting those who suffer like me is unacceptable and unsatisfactory to say the least, their company is scam & unprofessional

I received very very poor quality food and charged alot and this is not the first time this has happened and the customer care executive refused to help . My dinner was spoilt and i was charged for it. I would like to be get 100% reimbursed
