[Resolved]  Swiggy — Order missing from hour

Been 1 hour since order and it shows the restraint is preparing the order. On inquiring with the delivery partner it turns out that a different delivery partner was assigned at first, who took the order and didn't mark it as picked up on his swiggy app, then unassigned the order form himself and stole our order. The restaurant is not preparing another order and the second delivery partner has been waiting outside the restraint for more than 30 minutes. The delivery partner has also raised complaint but no response from swiggy. Restraint name is "Captain Sam's Pizza" in Kharar, Punjab. We have been waiting on an order over hour.
