I have placed an order at 8:40 pm and till 9:50 pm in the app it was showing that food is being prepared.
When I enquired in the chat support, the executive asked me to cancel the order. When I asked for the customer care number, he just told me that I have to wait for 15 mins the food will be ready and delivered and he closed the chat without my confirmation.
When I called to customer care after the chat, they said that the delivery executive is unable to deliver the order so I should cancel the order. They were least bothered to tell me the actual status proactively. So after waiting for 1.25 hours at 9:20 pm they said to cancel the order and order some other food.
This can be avoided if they would have informed me well in advance. Was this information helpful? |
