Swiggy — after their bad service they're not refunding money

My name is shakti, i live in delhi and i mostly order online food from zomato and uber eats so someone suggest me try swiggy it has good offers, i tried it was good but they don't refund money back if order was spoiled or the items were missing and their executive (Anmol) also chat very rudely with attitude, my contact no. Please i request to take strict action against them
