Could you help me get the resolution for the below order IDs

The moment I placed the order, I got a call from the delivery person that my order got duplicated and he asked me to get in touch with customer care through Swiggy App, but I tried in swiggy app chat support which was not getting loaded at all. I kept trying with no luck and received another call from the delivery person and I told him that I wasn't able to complain due your App issue. Then, he said that he would inform Swiggy about the duplicate order. After some time, I received a call from swiggy customer care and I explained to him the situation too and he said that he would talk to supervisor and get back to me. So far no one has given me the resolution irrespective of multiple emails I have sent. I didn't even receive my second order, but the App status showing as it got delivered.
