I recently launched my restaurant with Swiggy team. I did all of the things as instructed by them but when I tried to log in with the restaurant ID into swiggy partner app it was not taking. Logged in with the phone number and saw that the whole menu was a mess. Searched Youtube and also their help section only to find out that the online video was not in sync with the software. The customer representative for Swiggy partner app was inexperienced...

I had placed on order on Instamart on 08.05.2023 with numerous household items. After receiving the order, I observed that 4 items were undelivered.

It is pertinent to mention that the following items were undelivered:

1. Chakaachak Duatpan (1): INR 35/-
2. Mr. Muscle Kitchen Cleaner (1): INR 136/-
3. Domex Fresh Guard Toilet Cleaner (1): INR 170/-
4. Daadi's Butter Garlic Khakra (1): INR...

I am working as a Delivery partner in BENGALURU Vijayanagara zone. I am facing payout isssues. Please try to resolve this problem. That money is very important...

Every time I place a order in McDonald's Anna nagar branch in swiggy everytime amount debit and ordr placed after waitg for 30mint ordr is getting cancelled stating delivery guys is not available and product is not available if the ordr product is not available swiggy should have closed the McDonald's restaurant and stop taking orders bt here the allowing has to place a order and after cancelling it's without the customer permission it's...

I order ice cream which was of 291rs and i paid online money was deducted but order was not placed... I tried complaining through chats and all but still i didn't get any refund yet......

I have received expired item from swiggy instamart. Instead of accepting they rejected this. Item is having rotten smell...

In order no[protected] I ordered 12 coffees from A2B worth rs.620 which was not delivered.

I raised complaint in Swiggy app and uploaded photos. I was offered a coupon of rs 130 through chat which I declined and asked to escalate the issue. I was told someone from Swiggy customer care would reach out to me. I did not receive any call

Please settle this undelivered item related payment made in my original payment...

I ordered food from MCD and after a while the order was delivered to me but i didn't received the order so i called the delivery person he told me i hanged it outside the gate but it wasn't there so i raised a complaint and after that the support person took me into con call with the delivery person he started telling me come to jamalpur i will show you. What if he comes to my place and starts harrassing my family. He was threatening me literally...

Swiggy has been repeatedly not delivering orders after 1.5 hrs as well. On a cll when I asked for a simple escalation to fix this issue as having spoiled food would cost my health. If order is cancelled it's a loss to restaurant. A simple demand supply issues is to be fixed which company is not doing since 6 months.
And harassing over call is another problem 45+ min i was on call and agent didn't even bother to help Or raise an issue....

I ordered a food item from a restaurant using swiggy platform. But they delivered a burnt food which was not edible ( even it was black it colour) so i complaint it on swiggy and shown them the picture to the delivered item also and asked them to either replace it or refund my amount. But they refused to do any of that and said that its not their responsibility if i received bad...

Without my permission changing my jone one place to another place so please don't they process for some money i am suffering lot of problems with swiggy......

I have placed an order yesterday but when I received the order 3 paneer patties were missing and I ordered masala cheese khari but what I received was plain khari . Order id[protected] .
When I chatted with swiggy they said they will get back to me in 6-8 hours through email. Today they replied saying that the problem lies with the restaurant so they will not refund any money.

I have ordered my food on swiggy on 30/04/2023 and paid via upi online payment and my order was not delivered to me but the status is showing as order delivered.
I tried reaching the agents they arrogantly told me to mail them which i did and they did not responded to me...

I had placed an order which I tried to cancel but they had charged me the the order amount as a cancelation fee. I don’t think that this is how the cancellation of order needs to handled...

I ordered early morning and they took more time in delivery than it was s
mentioned so later I canceled it. They mentioned that refund money has a bit issue but it will be done soon.
Later they sent messages that money was refunded but it was added bank into my bank account. Their helpline was if no help. They cheated and stole my money....
