I ordered food for my family on 13th May, at 9:40 pm. 1 pizza 1 garlic bread and 3 burgers for each member in the house. When i was tracking my order O saw delivery agent took the longer route and was not moving for almost 10 minutes, my house is in outskirts so there is no traffic in the area so I called he didn't pick up initially and later said he is coming but he didn't move for 5 minutes and after 5-10 minutes he moved which made suspicious already so reached oùt to swiggy support but they didn't help as usual later my order was delivered but the 2 items were missing I stopped the delivery agent and asked him if the restaurant gave him the complete order he said yes but I didn't believe him because 2 burgers were missing I clicked pictures of the package and him because I know swiggy support will ask for pictures and even the delivery boy said "madam Order pura nhi dia aapko" when I reached out to support they didn't connect me to support agent on call after multiple attempts I received call from them but they said please email us to [protected]@swiggy.in as we can not provide any solution. I emailed them with all the proves and the delivery agent number but they refused to refund me and I asked refund only for the items not delivered but still they refused. I even asked them many times to share restaurant's contact so that I can ask them but they refused to give that also so I got furious as this was not the solution i was looking for it was a crystal clear case few items were not delivered and atleast they should refund for that. Swiggy is a money eater they keep the money for the services which are not provided to the customer. Very unethical, this is not first time swiggy scammed me so I had to file complain against them.

    I ordered groceries today from Swiggy instamart and i got deliver with a packet of 6 spoiled eggs. This is the second time i am getting spoiled eggs delivered from swiggy.

        Swiggy is increasing the expected delivery time by little. So that customer can't cancel the delivery and i have placed order by 8 11 pm the order should be delivered before 9. And even at 9 30 there was no response and if ask for cancellation they are saying cant refund if cancelled. Please look into this . We do know if there is traffic or other trouble some stuff. But not responding properly should be looked into

          I have placed order by 8 11pm, the delivery was expected by 8 50-9 pm, swiggy is cheating people by increasing that delivery time. Little by little. And there is no refund i[censored] cancel in the delivery time.

            Account suspension complaint

            Swiggy had suspended my swiggy account with any warning and any kind of reason
            I did not made any false order
            And the had suspended my account
            There is some swiggy money left in the wallet and i can't use
            When i try to ask what's the main reason
            They didn't speak the single word about suspension
            The always said email use
            And i had done more than three emails but they didn't respose
            And...

            I worked with swiggy during lockdown from Bangalore yelhanka region and I had given my best

            After this I had relocated to Guntakal Andhra Pradesh and I came to know swiggy is here and I raised ticket to reactivate my account and according to the steps shown in their app to change my zone and reactivate instead doing that they just calling and giving me fake resolutions and closing the chat

            Here in Guntakal there is no swiggy office and they are asking me to go to near by office and receiving some calls from them they are speaking in a impolite manner

            I need my account to be reactivated to the Guntakal zone as I even worked for them in lockdown too

              I've ordered a cake today at 10: 48 AM for a friend birthday and at 10:53 PM i wanted to hold the delivery so that it reaches exactly at 12PM but by mistake one of my friend cancelled the order.
              Immediately i requested to reorder the cake but they denied.
              Cake wasn't packed nor it was handed over to any delivery boy so i called their customer executive and they told me that "to avoid food wastage we follow our policy so we can't refund your ammount nor we can reorder".

              But i want to know if cake is not packed mean it is just being prepare at the restaurant then how it become waste??

              They could simply deliver me same cake with same paid ammount but they denied.
              What kind of policy is this??
              What about the money that i gave them, will they use that for poor people??
              I don't think they gonna do these, they're just fraud.

              Please help me to refund my money or help me to get assurance from Swiggy that my money is used for poor people.

                Damaged Rotten fruits delivered and foul smell and were not fresh at all. CUSTOMER CARE closed tickets without giving resolution.

                Hi

                I had ordered the ice apples from instamart which a have a spoiled foul smell and extremely rotten taste. It was cut long before and had gone foul and the same was delivered to me. Its so smelly that its impossible one can eat it. Iceapples should be freshly cut and given. Please replace or refund asap.

                Also I had order baby chote bananas from Instamart and I was cheated, I have been given very long size riped bananas which are bubbly soft just the outer covering looks good but damaged from inside. I had ordered small bananas and look and the size given. Bananas are bigger than my hand.

                Pfb for the images. Also posted on chat multiple times but no resolution has been given yet. Such a ### CUSTOMER service.
                I reported the issues within 5 min of delivery so that the replacement pickup can be done asap but SWIGGY sucks to provide proper CUSTOMER service.

                  I rejoined swiggy on 8th may 2023. I delivered 6 orders and earned 250 rupees with incentive it is 350 rupees. The very next 3 days also I done my deliveries and the payment came on the next days.but for 8th may the payment not happened. Please sort this issue and tell the company to pay me as early as possible.

                    I, Ramesh. Ordered food on 8th, may, 2022 from pista house restaurant in Hyderabad. I awaited almost 3hours for food. But I have not received my order. Later I got one massage for swiggy that we will get refund and compensation also. I am asking about refund but swiggy denying it. Please resolve my problem

                        I bought a Plantronics Wireless mouse on Swiggy Instamart today. When I opened the pack and tested, it didnt worked. When I call swiggy, they are asking me to reach out to Plantronics.

                        Ethically, if a product is not working on the first attempt itself, then it should be returned or replaced. Swiggy is asking me to reach out to Plantronics for support as defects are being handled by the Brand.

                        This is technically not a defect, rather a non functional product which should be handled by the seller.

                        Swiggy is saying that they are just delivery partner. But the product was sold on Swiggy instamart and I purchased it on their site. If they are delivery partners, I should have used Swiggy genie to get the product. Rather, I bought it directly from Swiggy instamart. IF they do not have return policy, why are they selling electronic products in their site.

                        I request you to help me on this case to initiate a return and refund on the same.

                          I ordered food from Shivam Sweets and Restaurant using Swiggy dated 11th May 2023 at 12 35 pm. They first taken my order and then the order was canceled without asking me at 1 10pm. I was left hungry irritated and much of my time and energy git wasted. This behavior is very unethical, inhumane, irresponsible and irritating towards me as a customer. It is disrespect of my food needs my time, my energy and mine as a human. My order no is #[protected]. I need the compensation for my hunger, my mental disturbance, my time and my energy. Kindly help me

                            I ordered a cake through swiggy however was not delivered but says delivered... This is around 11 pm in the night.
                            Tried contacting the delivery executive but he didn't picked any of the multiple calls i made.

                            I tried contacting customer care but received pathetic response and they closed the chat without solving the issue. they asked me to write an email but by mailing also it didn't resolved my issue.
                            They are constantly saying we have taken your feedback but i want a refund for the order which wasn't delivered to me.

                              Food delivery took more and more time than proposed time at the time of booking and the swiggy is not allowing me to cancel. As an employee i will plan food timing accordingly. No for cancellation they are charging entire bill amount i would like to rise issue with swiggy. How can swiggy charge entire bill amount.

                                I recently launched my restaurant with Swiggy team. I did all of the things as instructed by them but when I tried to log in with the restaurant ID into swiggy partner app it was not taking. Logged in with the phone number and saw that the whole menu was a mess. Searched Youtube and also their help section only to find out that the online video was not in sync with the software. The customer representative for Swiggy partner app was inexperienced and the floor managers were not even there to help them. When asked to connect with the floor team they said they're not available. I can't say anything to them as they're instructed by the org to reply that way; not their fault obviously. They don't even have permission to transfer the call to the technical team. Their technical team is a bull crap and has no knowledge.

                                  I had placed on order on Instamart on 08.05.2023 with numerous household items. After receiving the order, I observed that 4 items were undelivered.

                                  It is pertinent to mention that the following items were undelivered:

                                  1. Chakaachak Duatpan (1): INR 35/-
                                  2. Mr. Muscle Kitchen Cleaner (1): INR 136/-
                                  3. Domex Fresh Guard Toilet Cleaner (1): INR 170/-
                                  4. Daadi's Butter Garlic Khakra (1): INR 81/-

                                  Upon speaking to the customer care over chat, they flat out requested to deliver the items or refund my money saying they are unable to validate my claim. Thereafter I contacted them on email at [protected]@swiggy.in. Again the same response.

                                  I do not understand how can these companies cheat customers like this. I am at a loss of INR 422/- and yet these guys at Swiggy are least bothered.

                                  All I speak is either a refund of the entire amount or delivery of the required items. I also seek compensation for the harassment that I have been going through.

                                      Every time I place a order in McDonald's Anna nagar branch in swiggy everytime amount debit and ordr placed after waitg for 30mint ordr is getting cancelled stating delivery guys is not available and product is not available if the ordr product is not available swiggy should have closed the McDonald's restaurant and stop taking orders bt here the allowing has to place a order and after cancelling it's without the customer permission it's lik scam customer money is has been debited and getting his food and not getting is money and swiggy customer support has not provided a proper resolution they just cutting the call and cancelling the ordr without a proper information
