#[protected]: i ordered from d-win dragon, kolkata through swiggy on 10/9/2017 around 9 pm and paid amount rs. 692 through credit card. I did not receive all the items. I ordered chicken wok tossed noodles but i only received the dry noodles but i did-not receive the chicken gravy with it. Since i paid already please refund my associated amount in my account or if that's not possible then refund it in my swiggy wallet.

    I had ordered a pizza from joeys and oaid a good amount of 625..but when it was delivered it waz a mess as thought itvwas tampered with..topings were all over yhe box except for the pizza and it was disgusting to look at let alone taste it..very upset with swiggy cheating customers and in return they offer me disscount of 75 ...seriously im never ordering from them as No idea what happenz to the food
    I placed an order at 8:08 tonyt and then i realised at 9 pm that my order has not arrivd. Dominoes said they did not receive d order and blames swiggy, wen i called swiggy they blamed dominoes.. When i wanted to talk to a manager, i was told managers r busy wid other customers..seriously?? Swiggy, needs to learn how to treat regular customer!!

      We ordered food from a restaurant named shudh, and the bill came to be rs 1750/- and we paid amount itself online but once the order was placed and 30mins later we got a call from a executive saying we have to pay cash on delivery where we already paid online and he is saying our amount would be refunded in 3-4 days. Where we wanted amount instantly to order at other point the executive says like we dnt hv tie up with citi bank and we paid through icici bank. I don't know but too worst experience. This executive is very horrible that he cut down the phone without any explaination.

        I placed an order on 25th Aug for rs 554 and found out that that Swiggy took 2 different amounts from my account, 554 and 562.50. I had a chat with them the next day and they categorically denied that they had done it and asked that I speak to the bank. I called the bank, blocked net banking, blocked my debit card. Was on my way to the police station the following morning and thought will confirm with Swiggy if they really didnt know about the second payment, this time I got a different story. They now said that they will refund the amount to me as 554 into my bank account and rs 8 into swiggy account. I asked for an email confirmation on this, didnt get one for 24 hours, got on chat and asked for a call, assured one in 24 hours, didnt get one. Sent 2 emails, no reply. Meanwhile the bank closed the complaint and I am unable to use one of my bank account because the ineffecient customer service has no clue what they doing and how to handle/address/resolve customer complaints. Still waiting for a callback, reply to email and the promised refund.
        I have decided to NEVER use this pathetic app again and dread having to get stuck with this appalling customer service team ever again.
        Pathetic service by swiggy.
        I ordered 2 meals from MC Donald's through swiggy.
        I got the burger and MC puff and coke but they did not deliver the fries.
        But they charged for the fries also.
        I will never order from swiggy again

          Hi i ordered from "the hungry hut" today they confirmed the order and then i got a call from the restaurant and they said they cannot fulfill the order and hence paying me back on swiggy money and then tried to order food from another restaurant and while paying from the swiggy money i get a message that the restaurant is closed wherein i already called and confirmed the restaurant and they confirmed that they were still open. Its not about the money that i will get later its about the service that these people provide. I contacted there customer support for which the contact numbers were not available and the chat representative was robotic in his responses. Swiggy is a pathetic service provider don't ever order from them. Not at all customer centric.

            I ordered food from swiggy on 7 august 2017 at around 8pm from swiggy app. Restaurant called folklore in doddakanneli, they charged me 300 rupees i had ordered biryani and some puttu but they called me (Restaurant directly) and said they do not have biryani i asked for fried rice they said no all food got over, instead they can send me meal packet i said ok. When the food arrived and when i opened the meal packet it was sticky and stinking as they sent old food i guess. I complained to swiggy and did not make a big issue out it as i thought all the other items will be ok like puttu and the vegetables they had sent along with rice. Basically they did not had any food but they wanted money so decided to send me stale/old stinky food! But same night me and my 6 year old son both had diarrhea. So i complained about it to swiggy but never ever got any response from them except sorry. Luckily it was not big as i gave my son bifilac immediately and some pomogranate. But was very surprised about swiggy getting food from such kind of restaurant and delivering it to their valued customer and not at all interested to attend customer complaint!
            Ordering food they are adding 18% GST. That too it is a non-ac ice cream parlor.
            Misusing GST. Why are they charging more in name of taxes. I am not sure if tax is included or not that too they are charging 18% of amount. Delivery charges are extra. This needs to be verified and if found guilty heavily fined. Please look into it.
            I ordered food on swiggy from vasudev adigas dickenson road Bangalore on 2nd August 2018...food was stinking stale and spoilt...kindly avoid this restaurant since neither swiggy nor adigas responded to complaints

              I placed an order on swiggy (#[protected]) for 3 sandwiches and they gave us a pizza and bread stick and misplaced the order and we waited for it for an hour while we were starving to death by hunger. Then they have replaced order and then we had to wait for another hour forghe delivery again. And the customer care guy was so slow in handling things and it was a bad day for us. And there was no compensation too from their side too bad service.

                I called up the call centre and spoke to a girl on 02 august 2017. That girl was very rude i said may i know who i am speaking g with she said why you want to know. Is this the way they handle calls.

                Quality people do not monitor this kind of rude calls. One day this kind of people get promoted to higher posts because they get lucky to get out of it.

                Then i again called up and introduced myself and started speaking and the girl disconnected the call from her end. This is the kind of zero tolerance of the call centre job. This kind of girls should be fired from their job and make sure they don't get job in other companies.

                We have ordered pepper kabab full from navrang kaka corner today around 8 pm and order came by 8:30 with half quantity.

                Are you guys fooling customer. if you cant provide service genuinely then please close this company.Any how it will close by itself if you continue thses things. And this is not first time we have observed with all order

                  It vikas, plz refer the the report on order number [protected] which happened on 29th july 2017 (Saturday)

                  We ordered food through swiggy from saleems (Chattarpur, new delhi). We got the confirmation around 10 : 59 pm that our order is expected to arrive in next 47 mins but to our distress we we got the a call at 1 am that your order has been cancelled. Imagine a situation wherein a family has waited for food for 2 hours and at last got the confirmation that your food order has been cancelled as the restaurant got closed. We left with no option to go any where at 1 am slept with empty stomach. I on the same day wrote an email to swiggy on which to my surprise they wrote me reply that they will give us a discount of rs 75 on our next order, must say very shameful act by them.

                  This shows swiggy compares its customers with money, or say they evaluated the empty stomach of family members with 75 rs

                    We ordered food from swiggy and waited for one completed hour but the order never got delivered even after paying entire money in advance.
                    After one hour i just got a message that the order has been cancelled.
                    I called the delivery person and he said that he is at the restaurant but swiggy didn't transfer money to them so they cancelling the order.
                    We had guests in our house including small children and everyone was hungry.
                    After calling swiggy, their manager mr bhanu said that he will refund us the money but we said that we don't want the money but want our food to be delivered. Mr bhanu took a new order and assured us that this time it will get delivered from another restaurant in 25 mins. We again waited for 40 mins and again no response from swiggy.
                    On calling them again, we got to know that mr bhanu has left and we will not get anything.
                    Now, after calling swiggy 20 times, they are making false stories that they called me and i'm the one who didn't pick up their call.
                    I'm offered rs 200 from swiggy so that i keep my mouth shut and don't escalate this incident.
                    We want justice and want to spread consumer awareness.
                    Swiggy should be taught a lesson so that they don't cheat their customers again.
                    We kept waiting whole night but never got our food delivered because the only mistake we made was that we trusted swiggy!!!

                    I ordered with swiggy for lunch at 1pm.
                    Delivery executive was assigned but the restaurant refused to give the parcel.
                    No proper communication between the restaurant and swiggy team. I ended up having no lunch and they called me saying the order is cancelled at 2.20.

                      I have experienced swiggy is giving a paper bill showing the right amount of gst 12% added but the app bill amount is more and hence they are charging an amount which is not reflected in the bill. I have uploaded the swiggy app bill amount is 228 whereas the paper bill amount is 211. The difference in the amount though not much but it is definitely a malpractice they are doing.

                      The 2nd time i made the order cash on delivery and they refused to give me a bill. And i was contacted by swiggy [protected] to confirm whether i would like to cancel the order. I said no but i need the bill for the food to which swiggy replied that they would be unable to provide me with a bill and hence has to cancel the order. On top of that they charged me rs 75/- for the cancellation!. This is bloody loot!

                      Swiggy supports restuarants to do such mal practises, they help restuarants claim GST when the restaurant is not registered under gstin! I ordered from a restuarant called mr. Hongs in chennai, I ordered from them directly without using swiggy where I wasn't charged gst as they gave me receipt in which even the restaurants name wasn't printed. Next time when u ordered through swiggy I was charged gst and swiggy claimed that they don't have the bill from the restuarant and asked me to download it from their app! Even in that bill they have not mentioned the GST, when enquired about the same with swiggy, I didn't get any proper feedback yet! Swiggy keeps dodging me to give the gstin number for one whole week now. I suspect something really fishy here! I want to raise it to the next level, dono how to do the same!
                      For delivery to a place 2.5 km away from restaurant, Swiggy charged Rs. 50/-when the printed bill said Rs. 20/-. When asked what the additional Rs. 30/- was for they said that was the restaurant packing charge! However this 'packing' charge was not mentioned on the restaurant printed bill. When i mentioned this, custocare care said that concerned team will get back, however nobody got back.
                      If i am going to b charged so much for delivery, i'd rather order from restaurants directly.

                        I placed an order at 9:03 pm for a bill amount 524 inr, my delivery tume was 36 minutes... After waiting for an hour i call customer care to know that my order is delayed and it would arrive in 10minutes. It didnt arrive-called again and cust service picked the call and the agent was not aware that my call was even connected. I again called and got connected to manoj who said the order will arrive in 10mins-i waited again-didnt arrive-i called again and the agent stated that the food is unavailable-order cancelled! I mean really — i wait for 1hr 40 mins with absolutely no update-and this what these guys tell me! Ridiculous service — never depend on these guys to deliver food — either the food is not delivered or it is delivered late!

                          I ordered from swiggy assured restaurant yesterday at 08:25 pm (Screenshot Attached) and got the message from swiggy that it is eligible for timely delivery and will be delivered within 57 minutes. i got the delivery at 09:31pm (Screenshot of message from swiggy and call from delivery boy attached). However when i complained the company denies that there was a late delivery. Need strict action for these companies for making fake commitments and then denying the facts. Sic.

                            Sat day, 01/07/17, we have ordered food for dinner from Lazeez through Swiggy. We have ordered 5 packets of Mutton Biriyani (Rs 1175). We got totally rotten biriyani. Its smelly and rice was extremely sticky.

                            Our whole dinner got spoiled and also we have observed some health issues after having the little portion of the food. The time was, 12pm so we cant contact swiggy at that time. We have suffered a lot and its very much embarrassing in front of guests. Children was there, and we were not able to give any online order at that time.

                            I want some serious action on that. It is totally unacceptable and I will not buy any excuses on this rotten type of food.

                              I am placed an order today (18.06.2017) ref order no [protected] (At 12.35 pm) and got the confirmation expected to arrive next 42 mints message from swiggy. After swiggy given a message your order one the way will be reaching next 20 mints (At 1.07 pm) and after i have received your order was cancelled and refund in your swiggy. Why the fulls taken the order then cancelled, if not able to process why the ediates taken the order.

                                Hi i am manish pandit living in chennai and i had ordered food in swiggy app on 11.06.2017 at 12:37 pm (Order was 2 biryani from aasif biryani restaurant) but did not received my order till 2:32 pm (The order was suppose to be delivered within 37 minutes from order placed)
                                When contacted the customer care they say they will check and revert on this order but id id not get any call back from them, i tried atleast 5-6 times with their customer support in same manner but no proper respone as they had no clue on what was happening with my order. When i contacted their delivery executive whose details were shared with me through the app even he had no clue on my order, he told me the order was not confirmed by the restaurant. Also the delivery executive was replaced from the earlier one due to non availability of the first person.
                                This entire process of follow up happened from 1:15pm to 2:32 pm and at last out of frustration had no option but to cancel my order and the only thing i kept hearing fro their customer support person was we are really sorry ofr the delay of your order we will check and get back to you but no call from them at all.
                                Post cancelling of my order i asked for my refund of my money which they say they will credit in my swiggy account when i refused on that and asked to be paid to me directly in my bank as i had used debit card for this transaction (Hdfc bank debit card no - [protected]), they said it will take 5-7 working days for the same.
                                First i did not get food which was ordered at all because of their mistake, the food was for my wife and my 7 year old daughter who had to suffer hunger due to their mistake, i had to organise food for them post 2:40 pm learning on the issues by swiggy and cancelling my order.
                                I would like to sue this swiggy for pathetic service from their end for which they created so much of pain to me and my family.
                                I am sure this is not the first time a customer has suffered due to poor services of swiggy.
                                Till now there has been no call from them on this matter and i am sure they will not call as well.

                                  I have given an order, the order get confirmed but after sometime got a call from swiggy that the item is not available. It is just ridiculous. I[censored] don't have the stuff then why don't u put "currently not available" in the given stuff. After confirmation everybody get relaxed that ur food is coming. I have called the customer and the lady name Munmun was shouting on me. I wanted my money back to bank account and not swiggy wallet because I wanted to uninstall the swiggy app . Wanted to talk to the supervisor but the said lady told me that she will call me after 3 minutes. But I didn't receive any call.

                                    I had order some food in a restaurant. After the delivery person reached there he called me and informed that the restaurant cannot provide me the order. First point why did the restaurant accept if they did not have sufficient food material. After that i accepted to change the order, but the delivery boy told me that i have to pay 40 inr to delivery boy. This is ridiculous. Y current order was of higher amount compared to the new order still this issue.
                                    Too much irritated with swiggy.

                                      I was expecting a refund from swiggy.
                                      No email confirmation was sent by them stating that the refund was done or completed.
                                      I had a chat conversation with one of their agent today named aditi.
                                      She told me that the refund was already done to my paytm account. However there is no balance refunded to my wallet in paytm.
                                      When i told this to the rep she told me it was done on 16th of may 2017, the reference number is[protected].
                                      She then asked me to check with paytm.
                                      I find this very unproffesional and i should not be running from pillar to post to get my refund.
                                      Please help.

                                        Please stop using this scam company... Im a regular user and i am regularly disappointed... I am not going to use it anymore henceforth

                                        Placed an order at 6.15 and i get a call from them at 7.15 saying that the delivery boy had a faulty bag in which he was carrying food so the food got spoilt

                                        This is an absolute joke... Scammer company beware... U cant expect people to wait for hours for the food they order... Especially after telling them it will be delivered in 39 minutes
