I order food from swiggy today evening. Order copy attached. They send the food and there was meat found in my meal. I am vegetarian and never had meat. I hope you understand about religion sentiments attached with this.

They took all casually and trying to refund me the money for that meal without any formal apologies.

They don't understand about quality aspect. Earlier they delivered totally a wrong order.

    I had used swiggy to order from punjabi times and there was a price difference between the bill and the online bill. The customer service team are refusing to settle the difference. The discount was given by the restaurant and i am entitled to the same. The bill difference is rs 158. They are saying that the difference is there profit. I am amazed at this behaviour. There is no mention about such information in the website. They gave a coupon code for the users which was rs. 75. Also my bill was way above the minimum order. I paid rs 1510 and the bill was for rs. 1352. If i had opted for cod then i would be paying the bill amount. Since i paid through credit card i am stuck. Please help me to settle my account as i feel very cheated. I have the copy of the bill with me.

    There is a huge difference between the Online bill and restaurant bill

      Am trying to get refund for an unsuccessful order for past one month. I had placed an order for food but the order failed and money was deducted from my paytm account. Order date was june 28. Order id [protected]. I haven't got the refund for the same even after multiple contacts with swiggy.

      When i contacted paytm for the refund below is their reply

      Hi,

      You had informed me to contact paytm for refund. Please find below the reply from paytm. They have asked to contact swiggy. The order didn't get placed successfully and money was deducted from my paytm account. It's been almost a month that am trying to get refund and just being given a run around. If my issue is not getting resolved i will have to raise a complaint against swiggy at consumer court forum and also through all social media networks.

        This food delivery service delivers on its own convenience and has very poor customer care service. It is designed such that in case of any inconvenience this company can totally leave the consumer empty handed without any responsibility. I have ordered 5 times and out of them only 2 were successful. They say that consumer can cancel the order if its not confirmed by restaurant, but they lie, I tried to cancel my order when it took around 1 hour just to confirm my order and I found out there is no way to do that. They have nothing for that in their app, their customer care service doesn't pick calls. My money and time wasted. And I didn't had dinner last night because of this. As I arrive late from office around 10pm, so couldn't find anything else near me then. These guys have bad policies and even according to their standard, they cheat.
        Ordered for the second time with swiggy
        Got cold and partially burnt order

        Thought they would compensate for it but they said I've reached my compensation limit
        I lost my 220 bucks as well as trust on swiggy
        These are just a bunch of cheaters

We had waited for one and half hour long.They cheated us.without confirming Customer ID how carelessly they give parcel to others.Very worst experience. We ordered food for patients.Worst services.No proper customer support.Shame on their part to cheat common people

        Swiggy delivery boy was getting my order to other in extra cost and not recived me and company was charged me 260 rupees for canceling order

          I am shubam agarwal residing in kolkata. I along with my friends were having fun and then decided to eat something hence ordered food from bundl technologies private limited (Swiggy) [cin: u72200ap2013ptc091938 ] from friends account. I had ordered for a veg meal as i am a pure vegetarian but was given non vegetarian. Not knowing what the filling is inside i ate it later discovering about it being non vegetarian. I instantly called back to their customer care and they asked me for apology and asked me wether i wanted a refund or replacement. As i did not wanted to spoil the moments of my friends i asked for replacement for the moment but wrong has been done and my religious sentiments had been hurt and the pride of my community too. I would like to file a complaint against the company and get the culprit their deserving.
          Please ensure that justice had been done.

            Incident date - 15th arpil 2016
            Order placed from swiggy.In, order no- [protected]
            Restaurant - onesta, indiranagar, order number - 3002572.

            I had placed an order for a couple of food including a cream roasted veggies pizza, the order delivered to me was cream roasted chicken pizza instead of the cream roasted veggie pizza.

            The order detail on swiggy shows the correct dish, but the restaurant bill shows chicken pizza.
            There was a mix up of the order and a non vegetarian pizza was delivered instead of vegetarian.
            As my family and me took a couple of bites from the dish, we realised that it is not a vegetarian dish and instead it was chicken in the pizza.

            I am a pure hindu ( marwadi ), we are not suppose to get non vegetarian food at hour house premise let alone consume it.
            Because of the gross negligence from swiggy as well as onesta, this issue has taken place which has hurt me and my family emotionally as well as religiously. My mother immediately started puking and most o[censored]s felt nauseous and pukish due to consuming chicken for the first time in our life without our consent.
            We lost our appetite because of this issue and we had to throw away all the food ordered as well as the plates and cutlery which was in contact with the food.

            Despite calling the swiggy helpline,[protected] and talking to them about this issue on 15th april 2016, ( swiggy helpline floor manager sujit )
            And again calling them and following up on 16th april 2016, they were taking this issue very lightly and were not ready to offer any help or explanation on the same.
            Such negligence and disregard for others religious sentiments is not at all accepted.

            I later contacted the bbmp health minister of indiranagar about the issue and have scheduled a meeting with him on 18th april 2016 if i dont see any action taken against this incident.

            Swiggy has not even bothered to refund the bill amount as a courtesy despite contacting them multiple times.

            I would like to receive a full refund for my bill amount as well as a compensation for all the emotional, physical and religious trauma i had to go through about this whole incident and their religious intolerance.

            Ps- please refer to the pics. You can see the swiggy order detail has cream veggie pizza where as the onesta invoice has cream chicken pizza.

              Hi Swiggy,

              I had placed an order with order number
              #[protected] with Swiggy. But swiggy had sent a fantastic illiterate delivery boy named Rabbani to deliver my order. So I came down to pick my order, and waited for more than 15 minutes But I found nobody there. then I have called him several times, he didn't pick the call. Then I got a doubt that he might have done something with my order #[protected].

              With deeply frustrated I went to my place and had a chat with Pooja Sharma (Customer Care) from Swiggy, where I couldn't get any solution. This order being a Prepaid order (paid through credit card). The delivery boy had some other better plans. After being cheated very badly. Somehow Pooja sharma could able to trace this delivery guy. he came in Call and told that he
              had delivered it to somebody else named Rama Rao and fled away (Lets believe him- as per his story). I got tensed. because I was supposed to get my order by 10:10 PM on 4/4/2016. But it is already 11:00 PM.

              Spoke to him, he had accepted that he has given to wrong hands.he said "Bohoth galthi hua sir". And still i was searching for a solution but in vain. And in the meanwhile Pooja sharma replaced Chandra Mohan (Customer Care executive). He came in line and the delivery boy promised to get the same order by 11:10 PM stating that he will get in another 10 minutes. with a parallel call with Mr. Chandra Mohan. Finally I came to know that these guys will make me leave without food for me and my team. Yes the moment came. When Chandra Mohan called me back and said that he will arrange for a refund of my money within 24 hours. And for record purpose he asked me to send in mail format. so I have drafted this email.

              My agony, my anger, my frustration are of no use in front of your awesome service. But still I have cursed you to the utmost level I can because I was so much hungry.

              Please investigate and bring me my justice. The person (Rabbani - the illiterate delivery boy) who had committed this mistake should be punished, and I should be let known about that.

              Please Please, never do this again else you will not sustain in this market. Thanks hoping will get Justice soon, and Find below the order which i placed and inturn got absolutely NOTHING till now.

                We ordered two ice creams for me and my husband

                But both o[censored]s are suffering from food poisoning, stomach upset with the same. Also when we had ordered last time with swiggy, we had suffered similar situation but we neglected thinking it happens! But now its a serious and health issue. We both could not attend our office today dt[protected].

                I request the consumer forum to please take appropriate actions
                I had extreme case of food poisoning in paradise, so I think you should shut the ### up and just ### your wife

                  There was an ad from swiggy stating they will deliver diwali sweet boxes. I had selected the same and paid online(on 6 nov 2015), but never ever got any confirmation . My gift too never got deliver. Their customer service is pathetic. I had been following up for my money, but they are neither returning it nor responding to emails or calls. The so called escalation team managers are 24/7 busy in some work(as per the executives). Www.Swiggy.Com bundl technologies pvt ltd tower d, 9th floor, ibc knowledge park, bannerghatta road, bangalore 560029 i need my money back. This is the most pathetic experience i ever had in an ecom services industry.
