Hi, I was placing an order on June 18, 2022 at 6.08 pm (IST) and an amount of INR 343/- was debited from my account. Details are attached. However the order was not completed even though when I made the payment through UPI, it showed that money has been deposited in the recipient account. I had to again place the same order resulting on money being debited from my account twice. I have tried to raise this issue with the customer executives...

I had placed a order from swiggy on 3rd of june 2022 but since the food was not available in the restaurant therefore they cancelled my order from there end and i was told I'll get the refund of 384 ruppes in my bank account within 2 hrs. I have placed an order on Swiggy for Mehfil restaurant, Banjara hills on Saturday June 17th. The order was prepaid.
Paid for 2 chicken biryani full packets. 460/-
Received only one packet. Called customer support and written numerous emails. They say they won't refund the amount. Delivery agent number is unreachable. Swiggy has cheated and stolen my money.
