I ordered a few items each time either the food item was totally different or only half of the order was complete. I requested them repeatedly but didn't get any resolution from Swiggy.

1st order: 9th July - Item: Veg Combo, but received only half order
amount: 219

2nd order: 13 July - Item: Omellete and Paratha but got idlis
amount: 267

3rd order: 23 July - Item: Double decker Paneer SW but received a normal sandwich.

    your CEO will definitely go to Jail since Ive taken up the matter with highest level of food safety authority.
    Either pay up compensation or get ready for a bigger jail term. You pathetic criminals can call me to discuss the compensation. I couldn't sleep whole night due to loose motions and vomiting and headache after eating the poisonous food!!

      Hi, yesterday I ordered with swiggy order number #[protected]
      The delivery person called me and said that he has reached the location but he was 1.5 km from the specified address. He refused to deliver even when I specified the 100% correct address. After 10 mins I received the message that your order has been cancelled and 100% cancellation fee was charged.
      First of all, I put in the correct address.

      Secondly, i never cancelled the order. Then why will I pay the full amount.

      Thirdly, I did not even received the order and delivery partner is the one who refused to come to correct address.

      This is very bad service. I want my money to refunded. I didn’t even order perishable items (ordered packed food) so you can either deliver me the order items or refund me the full amount.
      How can I pay for something which I have not received.
      I request you to look into this as soon as possible.

        Hi this is Vikram kahar from Mumbai i have ordered ice cream for my family from swiggy instamart but as usual they are failed to delivered the item and given me chips banana and yogurt and when I spoke to customer care with fulhasan ther are not ready to give me replacement or refund and asking me to mail and call and do several things

          Few minutes back I ordered a momo combo pack.they send yesterday food I think. food was worest smell and it's taste also worest. I contact swiggy coustomer service they also not responding properly...

            Dear, I ordered with subjected ordered number and while delivery i asked on delay in hindi since I don't know kannada and delivery boy asked to speak in kannada whn I said I don't know kannada he started to behave rude and abuse language and trigging to fight. I have raised about this behave to Swiggy as there is no safety to public since swiggy is requiring un professional but there is no any feedback on this from them. I would like notify this un professional behaviour and swiggy should take necessary action here.

                      Dear Team,

                      The swiggy person has come to deliver the order to Rns Shanthi Nivas, Yeswanthpur on 20/07/2022 at night around 9.25pm to 9.40pm.
                      He has performed a theft by robbing the metal sump cap . all the CCTV footages and his log in and log out and the theft done by him,
                      We have contacted him and he assured to come back but after that there is no response from him.
                      Kindly look into this matter as this creates a bad impression in swiggy.

                              This is pertaining to Swiggy order number[protected] .

                              Post delivery, the delivery guy asked me to show my phone in order to verify my name. Instead he snatched it from my hand just to give himself a 5 star delivery rating. Its unprofessional and unacceptable to snatch a customer's phone. I have complained about it through email and text but no action has been taken yet.

                                    Worst Customer service.Senseless emails

                                    Wrong item delivery, mismatched contents, delayed delivery ..many such complaints were raised with the customer service .there is no or reckless response. I have had a loss of around 1000 rs but would claim for a fair enough rs 500 from Swiggy and ask them to learn to behave with customers .
                                    More than everything i had a huge waste of time. not even a single issue was addressed....

                                    My self lokesh order malai ghewer from swiggy on 19.07.2022, and my order noumber is.. SW-FOOD[protected]R1..and my registered mob no. is [protected].
                                    when i recieved this order and opened it, its not my order there is no any invoice regarding my order, when i checked my order there is different ghewer inside it, i contact to swiggi and tell all the issue they provide me coupen code after so mch request they give my money in my swiggi wallet, .. why they do this, this is totally disapoint, i dont wana use swiggi in my life then all the wallet balance is useless for me, please provide my refund in my upi id mode thanks
