Swiggy — bad service of the delivery boys

My Swiggy order no. #[protected] was not delivered by the Swiggy delivery boy. He reached our home and said that the order stands cancelled and demanded 300 rupees to take the food for which I had already made payment through paytm. He was extremely rude on phone while I tried to explain him my delivery address. I have already uninstalled the Swiggy app because the service is horrible in Bokaro. If you make the payment prior to the delivery, these boys throw all the tantrums about not being able to locate your house. If cash on delivery is opted then they find the address at any cost.
