Swiggy — Beetroot ordered are mushy rotten and have gone bad

I have ordered beetroot this morning along with milk and paneer . Beetroot are rotten they are mushy and have turned black.
This has happened with me last when I ordered coconut water and it was gone bad too.
Service is getting degraded
