So, today (19.03.2023) I ordered a chicken whopper from Burger King via Swiggy. I paid 120 INR as I am a Swiggy One membership holder. The order number is[protected] and had ordered the food before 8:00 PM. This burger was ordered from Burger King outlet of Kavanur, Tamil Nadu. When I opened the package, It was without any box. I have ordered whopper before several times and always there is a outer box and inside there is a burger. But this time there wasn't any box and the outer paper was already somewhat torn. Ignoring this... when I opened the the burger, I saw that the patty was completely burnt, the veggies were stale. Anyone who will even look at that burger will feel that it is 2-4 days old burger. When we get fresh burger, the food is somewhat hot. Bu this was completely cold and very bad appearance was there. I asked swiggy for the resolution of this issue through the chats. They did not give a single resolution and the bot told me to just give negative rating to the restaurant. I tried calling swiggy customer care and even burger king... none of them were reachable. I had to throw this entire burger into the dustbin because no person can eat this 3-4 days old burger. I will encourage and spread awareness about this situation and I will tell them never to order food from swiggy and burger king. No one gives a resolution to this issue. I hope some strict action is taken against these horrible people. Also I want a refund of my 120 INR into my source account. I am a student and money getting wasted on such things is very bad, we need money everyday for our project expenses and I am at a loss. I hope that my issue will get resolved and my money will get refunded soo. Thank you
