The food was ordered at 1 am, for which they replied back at 1.45 am that due to mishandling by the delivery executive, the order packet was destroyed and cannot be delivered.
As a response, they denied to replace the order again.
Without our confirmation, the order was cancelled and further demanded us to place the order again from the app.
Now at 2 am no restaurant was available at swiggy app to service us, to which customer care responded that they are not willing and able to help us.
Further, due to unavailabiltiy of sufficient funds, we were in no position to order again, and upon sharing the situation to the helpline executive, he is adamantly and lying and boasting to us for refunding within next 15 mins the order amount paid online for the cancelled order.
Being highly troubled by the lack of service by swiggy delivery and operational executives, we were caused undesired inconvenience and were denied any service or solution for the order, or for the troubled caused by their actions.
The level of service and absence of efforts to handle the problem was very frustrating and troublesome.
Even the swiggy customer care proved futile and admitted to being totally useless and incapable of helping or reducing our inconvenience and stated to being unable to service us in any way.
We want proper response and solution for the problem and need our grievances to be handled sufficiently.
