Swiggy — deducted amount

Hi, my name is prabhjeet kaur, i had ordered some food on 30th december 2019, and proceed the payment through my google pay account, but 2 times payment was failed, immidiately i had received a message that refund will be done within 3-4 working days n till now i have not received that money. So please now let me know what to do n tell me about my refund as well.
