Swiggy — delayed delivery issue

Order placed at 8.06 pm, friday 8th march
Delivered at 9.40 pm
The burgers had turned stone cold. Could see online that the burgers were picked up & then the delivery person, (Solanki - [protected]) was meandering around & had to be called twice before the order was delivered.
