Swiggy — delivery done but not get my order

I had order domino's pizza from swiggy but after waiting 3 hours i did not get my order and got confirmation for swiggy that your order is delivered.
I had paid 406 rupees for that, i had discuss regarding that issue to the swiggy help guy he is not co-operating with me
