The restaurant picked up the online order and the money was deducted.
Now after 1 hour of keeping me hugry, these guys say that the item si unavailable.
If the item is unavailable why would someone pick the order.
So a clear case against IPC 420 for which they have done a conspiracy under IPC 120b via CRPC section 196.
The customer Team member Heena was not even able to connect the customer for this grievance to a supervisor instead insisting the customer to take the refund and settle for a delay fees of 140 INR.

Since it happened more than one time against the same restaurant, I need records on what actions are taken to avoid this in future rather than just a templated reply.
