15 days back, i ordered masala dosa and idli from minerva express on swiggy and what i got was just the dosa and that too onion dosa. Even if it was a mistake but when i complained about it, they told me that they will be refunding the amount charged from me since it was there fault to send the wrong item. Since then, i haven’t got my money back and today when i tried chatting to their support bot, they didn’t even initiate the conversation. It stated that the issue is resolved from their end. What kind of customer service is this? #patheticswiggy
They should learn how to handle customer grievances faster. Even if the amount of the item is not too huge but they cannot get away with it.
