Hello:
This is in reference with order #[protected] on 16/1/2019. Order delivered by faiyaz wahid shaikh payment of which was done via net banking. I presume he is your employee? This person took cash money as well while delivering the parcel.
When i contacted the support center (I_hussain) for reason and resolution, he firstly asked me to contact delivery guy. I would like to know why i should contact the delivery guy; aint the support center responsibility?
Afterwards gave some false answers as well without giving trying.
Although s/he mentioned that repayment to bank will be done, i asked for a reason why the delivery person took money for which he gave me some absurd responses later on.
This is not the first time i had issues. Although i have adjusted (As mistakes happen), i feel incredibly baffled by the way things was handled this time with minimalistic response. As a user/customer, i have all rights to know why it happened. Additionally, s/he closed the chat without my approval. Is this called customer delight?
I have attached screenshots of the conversation and require action towards it.
