Swiggy — extremely indecent behaviour of mithun pan

I had ordered food from a restaurant about 2 kms from my house and followed up with the concerned boy, mithun pan on the delay. He started abusing me in the filthiest of language which i can't even mention. This is the first such experience for me. For swiggy to maintain it's goodwill, get rid of mithun pan immediately, he language was so poor that i felt terribly insulted.

Also would request swiggy that he is never assigned to my deliveries, if you have compulsion and cannot get rid oh mithun pan.

I ordered food from swiggy and after 40 min they send me hal[censored]ncooked food and when I contact with there support service they gave me no solution.

I had made an order from dominos for Rs 397. Swiggy had shown that the transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my account. Please refund the account.
