Swiggy — food order - [protected]

1 items was missing from order. I immediately complained to online chat system of swiggy. I was told that missing item cant be delivered neither the money can be refunded citing company policy.
This is not acceptable!! Partial delivery about food, not only spoiling the mood of a having good sufficient meal but also not returning money is intentional & cheap policy to loot!

Missing item: thalaseri mutton biryani - amount - 300 inr
No resolution of such miss is highly shameful!!
