Today i have ordered food from Swiggy and i have got the food after one and a half hours ( which was Promised to deliver in 32 mins) with House fly in it.
WHen i called swiggy regarding the delay in delivery the solution they have is to cancel the order.
When i asked about the house fly they don't have any response.
What i am i supposed to do? who will bear the consequence? who is liable for the quality of the food ?
