I ordered food from swiggy a month back and i got a cockroach in it. That time their manager called me and apologized i accepted it. After that, another case happened where i ordered for my food and i didn't receive it for an hour. When i called up the delivery boy he said that this a wrong number. After that again i texted their support team. They still didn't reply me back for over 17 minutes. After that, i had to call me up. Like always, they initiated a refund after starving me for hours!
Now yesterday, i placed an order for a meal and pepsi. I received the meal but didn't get pepsi. The delivery guy said that he'll come back with it. I waited for an hour. He never came back. Then i called him up he said he's coming but he never came!
I told this to their support team and they said okay. We'll initiate a refund for you. I said no. I want to talk to your manager.
After serving me cockroaches, never serving my food and then never delivering my order, they can't just proceed with a refund each and every time by putting me in a # situation!
