Swiggy — im complaining about the misbehave of delivery boy

I gave 500 n expected the return, but the delivery boy refused to give change, he insisted me to give the change, when i asked that what if i give 2000 rs note if i don’t have 500, he repelled that he will not give the order, the delivery boy details :
