We had order from tikka junction restaurant karkardooma through swiggy.
And we have found one item which cost rs 390 missing in our order. Also we got uncooked chinese food like manchurian and spring roll.
Restaurant owner and delivery boy is denying for this mistake.. Even we had a 30 min call with deepak kumar from swiggy and he said we cannot help you in this matter..
I am frustrated with this service.
As a first time customer this experience is really bad.
They are crooked and not supportive.
I am really disappointed from swiggy.
When i called swiggy directly, teamlead of that team directly threaten me that "i do not cook food how can i tell you about this"
Is this a way to talk a customer like this.
I am totally fed up with this service.
