I had two addresses stored in my swiggy, one home ad another office.
From last 2 orders we are facing the address issue. You can track the orders places with contact no [protected] or mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
The issue is even though I have placed the delivery address as home and the same is printed on the receipt or the order tracking screen, but the map location was that of office.
With my first order, I wasn't aware of this issue. So we contacted customer care and the delivery boy. Customer care person understood the issue and got it delivered at the right address. We asked him to get this issue reported to the technical team, which he said he will do so. Today we ordered again, thinking that the issue might be resolved after a month. But it was the same. This time we checked immediately abd called customer care. But the customer care person was not ready to listen, instead blaming us to switch off the location and order, which makes no sense!!
After trying multiple times to explain the issue, we gave up and called the delivery boy. He delivered the food.
Now with this kind of issue, I myself will prefer not to order using swiggy, nor will recommend others to do so. Neither the issue is getting resolved even after pin pointing the issue which technical team must have done, nor the customer care is supportive to listen the issue.
Just an advice, resolve this address issue asap, else people can't keep on following up to get the food delivered at the right address. Was this information helpful? |
