I had placed a food order (Order # [protected]) for 2 plates of tawa sabji and 1 plate of boneless mutton seekh kebab masala from hotel great punjab in hiranandani gardens, powai, mumbai on saturday, 21st september 2019 at 1.12 p. M.
However, i received dry mutton seekh kebab instead of boneless mutton seekh kebab masala.
When i called up the swiggy delivery person, he asked me to call up hotel great punjab and speak to them about this. I asked him to do that but he expressed his inability to do so, as he was busy with another delivery.
When i called up hotel great punjab, i was told that the order received by them via swiggy was for mutton seekh kebab and not boneless mutton seekh kebab masala - this is clearly mentioned on the bill sent to me on my email.
It may be noted that i was charged for boneless mutton seekh kebab masala but received dry mutton seekh kebab.
I have attached all relevant screenshots of the order placed with swiggy for reference.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
