Swiggy India — food not delivered

In last 1 month 3 times my order from swiggy has not been delivered.today being the latest example I placed my order at 820 pm and it showed delivered at 836 from Marol to powai in a matter of 16 minutes..which even on a Sunday would not be possible. The delivery guy Gulabnabi Pasha did not answer my calls and also the customer care executive was pathetic.
