Swiggy India — incomplete order for food

This is in reference to the order number # [protected] which was placed on swiggy application. The order was for 2 pizza and 1 garlic bread. I have paid total of rs 302 to swiggy but the merchant has only delivered pizzas and garlic bread was missing. I have complaint the swiggy to provide the refund for garlic bread as they have not delivered it but swiggy has denied to provide the refund. I have already paid the money but when it has not been delivered, why swiggy is charging me and doing customer harrasment. I have already sent the emails to their ceo but there is no response. This is customer harrasnment in which they are taking the money from customer but not completing the order. I need my full refund as i am doing regular follow ups.
