Swiggy India Complaints & Reviews

This is in reference to the order number # [protected] which was placed on swiggy application. The order was for 2 pizza and 1 garlic bread. I have paid total of rs 302 to swiggy but the merchant has only delivered pizzas and garlic bread was missing. I have complaint the swiggy to provide the refund for garlic bread as they have not delivered it but swiggy has denied to provide the refund. I have already paid the money but when it has not...

In last 1 month 3 times my order from swiggy has not been delivered.today being the latest example I placed my order at 820 pm and it showed delivered at 836 from Marol to powai in a matter of 16 minutes..which even on a Sunday would not be possible. The delivery guy Gulabnabi Pasha did not answer my calls and also the customer care executive was pathetic....
